2. Does Rhino Adventure Gear offer free delivery?
Yes and No. We don't offer free shipping on most orders; however, some products, such as SmartCap canopies and Goose Gear, are shipped free of charge to the lower 48 states. We ship to all 50 US states to addresses UPS can reach, but we can’t ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Many of our items are over 150 lb, so they ship by freight, and carriers usually add extra fees for home delivery. Shipping costs are your responsibility, and any large item marked “Free Shipping” goes to the closest freight terminal. You can pick up at our warehouse to save, and international orders ship through DHL Express at your cost.

We stock trusted overland brands such as: iKamper, Alu-Cab, 23ZERO, Camp King Industries, Rhino Rack, James Baroud, Iceco, and loads more. These brands cover products such as: rooftop tents, rack systems, canopies and campers, awnings, fridge freezers, storage drawers, and recovery gear for your rig. Our goal is to source proven overlanding and backcountry equipment so you can focus on the drive, the camp, and the destination.

5. How long warranty do I have on my Rhino Adventure Gear purchase?
For products purchased through Rhino Adventure Gear, your warranty coverage comes from the original manufacturer, and the warranty length depends on the brand and specific product you buy. We don't extend or change those warranties, but if you have an issue, we can help connect you with the manufacturer’s support team so you get help faster.
We do offer a Limited One-Year Labor Warranty on all workmanship performed by our technicians. If a labor-related issue arises within one year of your service date, we will inspect and correct the workmanship at no cost. Please visit our Terms of Service page for more info.
6. How long will it take to receive my item after I order?
Delivery time varies based on what you order, where you live, and how it ships. We send orders to all 50 US states through UPS, but we don't ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO. Many heavier items over 150 lb go by freight, which can take longer than standard parcels. International orders ship through DHL Express after we arrange a shipping solution with you by email, so those transit times can vary more.
7. Does Rhino Adventure Gear offer financing or payment plans?
Yes, Rhino Adventure Gear provides financing through Affirm and Shop Pay Installments at checkout. Depending on your order, you can use pay-over-time plans with rates from 0–36% APR, or an Affirm Pay in 4 option at 0% APR. Exact terms depend on your purchase amount and eligibility, and a down payment may be needed in some cases.
8. Does Rhino Adventure Gear run sales?
Yes, we certainly do run seasonal sales. You can also shop discounted and clearance gear on our Garage Sale & Clearance page. Prices and availability change over time, so deals may come and go. If you have your eye on a specific item, it helps to check that page regularly.

Rhino Adventure Gear has two showrooms in California, plus the online store. You can visit our NorCal showroom at 45277 Fremont Blvd #6, Fremont, CA 94538, or our SoCal showroom at 220 Bingham Dr #100, San Marcos, CA 92069. Both showrooms are open Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 5 pm.
